Pathological Anatomy students at the Gallecs Institute in Barcelona began this academic year in a new practical laboratory, equipped with state-of-the-art BioBlue microscopes.
Thanks to the extensive experience of Euromex optical engineers, the BioBlue series has been developed and implemented with high-quality optical components, guaranteeing superior performance that provides clear and sharp images at all magnification levels. These modern microscopes are specially designed for the educational field, with a focus on ergonomics and compliance with current quality standards.
The BioBlue models' WF 10x/18 DIN eyepieces and 45 mm DIN semi-plan achromatic objectives deliver high-resolution, razor-sharp images. When switching between magnifications, the image remains perfectly focused and centered. In addition, the 120 x 120 mm single stage and 130 x 130 mm mechanical stage with XY travel of 70 x 28 mm enable precise positioning of samples to an accuracy of 2 µm.
