A few weeks ago I contacted the company to get two magnifying glasses (10 and 20x), and throughout the entire purchase process (which has not been exactly short) they have treated me very well, especially with a lot of patience haha. It should be noted that the entire process has been online and even so, I have felt the person behind the computer very close and friendly, sometimes such a "personal" treatment is appreciated.
The magnifying glasses are fantastic and the light works well. They come well wrapped and in a leather case.
