CONDENSER WITH PHASE CONTRAST FOILS
There are two versions of the AN 1.25 Abbe condenser with phase contrast plates and plan phase contrast objectives. The first version consists of 10x and S40x (retractable) plan phase contrast objectives, a plate with 10x and 40x phase rings, green filter and phase centering telescopic eyepiece. The second version consists of 20x and S100x (retractable/oil immersion) plan phase contrast objectives, a plate with 20x and 100x phase rings, green filter and phase centering telescopic eyepiece. Available for iScope 160mm and IOS infinity versions.
BRIGHT FIELD CONDENSER
The standard height-adjustable Abbe type condenser AN 1.25 with iris diaphragm has a slot that allows the placement of optional slides. We have a phase contrast slide with phase rings for 10x and 40x phase objectives, a phase contrast slide with phase rings for 20x and 100x phase objectives, a darkfield slide (maximum 400x)
ZERNIKE CONDENSER FOR PHASE CONTRAST
A Zernike AN 1.25 condenser mounted on a rotating turret with 5 positions: phase ring for 10x/20x phase objectives, phase ring for 40x phase objective, phase ring for 100x phase objective, darkfield position (maximum 400x) and brightfield position
CARDIOID MIRROR CONDENSER FOR DARK FIELD
The iScope model is available in models that are supplied with a mirrored cardioid oil immersion condenser, internally illuminated by a 5W NeoLED™ and an integrated S100x oil immersion iris diaphragm objective for quality darkfield imaging at 1000x. Models are as follows:
• IS.1152-PLi/DF: Binocular, with S100x lens (iris diaphragm) and infinity-corrected plano-achromatic (IOS) PLi objectives
• IS.1153-PLi/DF: Trinocular, with S100x objective (iris diaphragm) and infinity-corrected plano-achromatic (IOS) PLi objectives
By purchasing the IS.9150 reference (cardioid mirror darkfield condenser (in immersion oil) with internal 5W NeoLED and with external 100-240 Vac power supply) and one of the available S100x objectives (in immersion oil) with integrated iris diaphragm reference 86.521 or reference IS.7200-I (super contrast infinity corrected (IOS) plan achromatic objective), any iScope brightfield, phase contrast, Epi-fluorescence microscope can be upgraded to a high quality microscope to perform the darkfield technique at 1000x.
