The CMEX-5 WiFi-4 camera is equipped with a 4MP Sony CMOS sensor with 12-bit grayscale conversion and 24-bit color depth. This camera transmits images via H.264 encoded WiFi, offering high-resolution images simultaneously to multiple peripherals such as smartphones, tablets or computers with iOS, Android and Windows operating systems.

Using a WiFi camera in conjunction with your microscope will allow you to share information with multiple users without the need for complex data networks.
The Android app is supplied with the camera on the CD-ROM. The iOS app can be downloaded for free from the App Store. The ImageFocus Alpha image analysis program can be used on Windows-based devices with a WiFi connection. The camera is powered by a USB charger included as standard or through a computer USB port. It is supplied with a "C" to 23.2 mm diameter thread adapter with a 0.5x correction factor. Adapters from 23.2 mm diameter to 30 and 30.5 mm diameter are also included. With these adapters, the CMEX-5-WIFI camera is compatible with virtually all trinocular, binocular or monocular microscopes on the market. For Euromex trinocular models that do not have a 23.2 mm diameter trinocular terminal, it will be necessary to purchase the specific C-mount adapter for each model.
