Delphi-X Inverse

The Delphi-X Inverse™ is a Inverted microscope for professional laboratories ideal for the cultivation of live cells and stained samples requiring a comprehensive result . Two applications are available:

• For phase contrast and DIC (Differential Interference Contrast)
• For fluorescence applications

Super Contrast Semi-Apochromatic Objectives with a ring to adjust the numerical aperture They provide perfect observation of cells and tissues in 1.2 mm Petri dishes or flasks.

EYE CLOSURES
Pair of DIN HWF eyepieces 10x/25 or 10x/22 mm with diopter adjustment (optional)

HEAD
Trinocular tube inclined at 45º. Interpupillary distance of 47 to 78 mm. Microphotography port with light path of 100-0, 80-20, and 0-100

REVOLVER
Six-fold objective-holder revolver mounted on ball bearings. Can be equipped with DIC prisms for 10x/20x and 40x objectives

GOALS

• High numerical aperture Semi-Apochromatic, long working distance and infinity corrected (IOS) objectives, Fluarex™ phase contrast, PLPHFI 10x/0.30, 20x/0.45, S40x/0.60, which allow observing cell structures
• 4x/0.13 and 60x/0.70 objectives are also available
• The 20x, 40x, and optional 60x objectives come equipped with a ring to adjust the numerical aperture for sample holders from 0 to 1.2 mm thick.

Fluarex™ objectives are made with low absorption glass

All optics are coated with anti-fungal and anti-reflective treatment to obtain maximum light performance.

PLATEN
340 x 230 mm stage and integrated with a 130 x 85 mm XY stage. Contains:

• Metal insert for 38 ø culture plate
• Metal insert for 54 ø mm cell culture plate or 76 x 26 mm sample holder.
• Metal insert for multiwell plates (127.76 x 86.48 mm.)
• Metal insert for Teraski plates (83.3 x 58.0 mm.)
• Optional: Universal cell culture stand

CONDENSER
6-position rotating NA 0.55 condenser with iris diaphragm. Working distance 26 mm. Equipped with centering ring for 10x/20x, 40x, and 60x phase contrast objectives and DIC prisms for 10x/20x/40x and 60x objectives. Also contains three filter holders allowing insertion of 38 ø filters into the field of view. The condenser arm can be swung back for easy access to the stage, which also allows easy placement of long objects such as Petri dishes or flasks.

LENS CHANGER/MAGNIFICATION
The lens changer, with a 1.5x lens, allows intermediate magnifications of 1.5 times greater than that of a standard objective. For example, changing magnifications from 20x to 30x, from 40x to 60x or even from 60x to 90x is possible without having to readjust the specimen.

MODULE FOR FLUORESCENCE FILTERS
It is equipped with a 6-position rotating module for fluorescence filter sets. See the photo below. See photo below

10mm coaxial macro and micro focus adjustment, 1μm precision and friction adjustment

Lightning
Transmitted illumination of 5 W LED or 100 W halogen. Adjustable intensity with an internal 100-240V power supply. 5 A/250 V fuse holder. Delphi-X Inverso can be fitted with fluorescence add-ons.

Halogen transmitted illumination comes with 2 neutral density filters that can be attached or removed and allow for dimming of light intensity for all types of samples and a daylight filter. NeoLED™ transmitted illumination comes with 1 diffuse filter

HEATING PLATES AE.8010 AND AE.8015
Heating glass stages for Euromex Microscopen stages with a 110 mm circular hole. The glass plate fits into the circular opening of the XY stage and allows the thin glass plate to be kept at a constant temperature. The stage has an aluminum frame for superior strength and flatness. The thickness of the glass is 0.5 mm. The diameter of the plate is 110 mm.

AE.8010 regulator

• Temperature controller with 2 channels, interface and touch screen
• One controller can control up to two devices.
• Data logging allows you to record temperature over time and perform calibrations and alarms
• The password protected regulator is equipped with procedures to recalibrate sensors against certified thermometers.
