Delphi-X Reverse Fluorescence

The Delphi-X Inverso™ for fluorescence is designed for professional observation of tissues or cells stained with fluorescent dyes. The Fluarex™ semi-apochromatic objectives with a ring for adjusting the numerical aperture provide perfect observation of cells or tissues in 1.2 mm Petri dishes or flasks.

GOALS

  • The Fluarex PLPHFi 10x/0.30, 20x/0.45, S40x/0.60 semi-apochromatic phase contrast objectives with large numerical aperture and long working distance with infinity correction allow observation of subcellular structures
  • The optional 60x/0.80 objective with infinity correction is also available.
  • The 20x, S40x, and optional 60x objectives incorporate a ring to adjust the numerical aperture for coverslips with a thickness of between 0 and 1.2 mm.

CONDENSER
NA 0.55 rotating condenser with iris diaphragm. Working distance 26 mm. Equipped with centering ring for 10x/20x, 40x and 60x phase contrast objectives and DIC prisms for 10x/20x/40x and 60x objectives. Also contains three filter holders allowing insertion of 38 ø filters. in the field of view. The condenser arm can be tilted back to allow easy access to the stage, which also makes it easy to place long objects such as Petri dishes or flasks.

LENS CHANGER/MAGNIFICATION
The lens changer, with a 1.5x lens, allows intermediate magnifications of 1.5 times greater than that of a standard objective. For example, changing magnifications from 20x to 30x, from 40x to 60x or even from 60x to 90x is possible without having to readjust the specimen.

FLUORESCENCE MODULE
The Delphi-X Inverse for fluorescence comes with a rotating module to hold the 6-position filters. It is supplied with two excitation filters: blue (DI.9745) and green (DI.9746). Other optional filters are available.
