HEAD : Siedentopf design binocular with 30° inclined eyepiece holders. Adjustable interpupillary distance between 48 and 76 mm. ± 5 diopter adjustment on both eyepiece tubes. Ergonomic butterfly-type head rotation system allows two observation positions: high (431 mm) and low (397 mm). The trinocular head has a 23.2 mm diameter documentation terminal.
TARGET REVOLVER : Quintuple target revolver in reverse position and mounted on high-precision ball bearings
OBJECTIVES : Infinity-corrected plano-achromatic (IOS) objectives and special infinity-corrected plano-achromatic (IOS) phase contrast objective for asbestos determination. All optical components have anti-mold treatment and anti-reflection coating treatment for maximum light transmission.
PLATEN
216 x 150 mm mechanical stage, without rack on the X axis and with X/Y travel of 79 x 52 mm.
CONDENSER
Standard Abbe type condenser AN 1.25, adjustable in height and with iris diaphragm. Supplied with a slide with phase ring for 10x and 40x objectives.
APPROACH
Macro and micrometric focusing with precision of 1 μm, 200 graduations per micrometer turn (0.2 mm). Total travel of approximately 24 mm. With safety system to limit the stage height and protect the sample and high magnification objectives. With focus tension adjustment.
LIGHTING: By means of 3 W NeoLED with adjustable intensity and internal power supply 100-240 Vac. The innovative NeoLED design offers greater numerical apertures, allowing the optical system of the iScope microscope to generate images with higher resolution, very close to the theoretical diffraction limit of optics. Other benefits of the NeoLED design are low energy consumption, no heat generation and a long operating life.
Köhler illumination (standard on models with IOS infinity-corrected optics) provides high contrast and maximum optical resolution power. It is also available as an option for other models.
ICARE SENSOR
This sensor helps prevent unnecessary energy loss. The microscope illumination switches off automatically shortly after the user leaves the microscope.
CABLE STORAGE SYSTEM - CSS
iScope microscopes allow the user to store the power cord on the back of the stand. A handle is also located on the back of the stand for easy transport of the microscope.
