This digital microscope combines a 4K Ultra HD camera with a 13-inch high-resolution display, allowing sharp images to be viewed directly on screen. It is particularly useful for discussions, demonstrations and educational applications, with live viewing on the 13-inch HD display.
The camera captures 3840 × 2160-pixel images at 60 fps using the H.264 codec. It has a 1/8-inch Sony 4K colour sensor with 8.3 MP resolution and produces Ultra HD 2160p images.
Two operating modes
Standalone mode: The built-in, mouse-controlled software can capture images and record video, and includes a broad set of measurement and playback functions. No computer skills or PC start-up wait are required.
Computer-connected mode: Connect the system to a PC to work with images and video. It can also stream images over Wi-Fi to compatible devices such as smartphones, tablets and computers. Interfaces include HDMI, USB 3.0, Ethernet and Wi-Fi.
iScope: a masterpiece of microscopy
The iScope is available in several configurations for routine observations in medicine and biomedical sciences, colleges and universities. In addition to brightfield, iScope offers solutions for phase contrast, polarisation, darkfield up to 400x, darkfield with a cardioid condenser at 1000x, and epi-fluorescence. Multi-head models are also available for teaching.
