Description

The OMAX MD82ES10 combines a compound microscope with a built-in digital camera for education, research and laboratory work. Its integrated digital head allows simultaneous viewing through the eyepieces and on a computer. Windows software is included for photo and video capture, image editing and analysis.

Corrected achromatic optics provide clear images across the magnification range. Coaxial focusing and mechanical-stage movement support precise slide positioning. The supplied 1.3 MP CMOS camera captures 1280 x 1024 images over USB 2.0, with live preview, still and video capture, exposure and white-balance controls, image processing and measurement tools.

Objectives: 4x, 10x, 40x and 100x oil immersion. The Abbe condenser has an iris diaphragm (NA 1.25); the mechanical stage measures 125 x 115 mm with 70 x 30 mm X-Y travel. The camera is powered through USB.
