Description

The Euromex UltraZoom series combines ergonomic design, advanced optics and flexibility for research and industrial applications. The Oblique Contrast Illumination (OCI) function lights a specimen from one side, revealing pseudo-relief details in transparent or complex samples. It is useful for inspecting fine structures, subtle textures and micro-defects.

The UZ.1808 + UZ.9200-NF set is a CMO UltraZoom stereo microscope with a 1:18 zoom system, an apochromatic 1x common main objective and a working distance of 60 mm. With the supplied EWF 10x/23 mm eyepieces and a 0.75x–13.5x zoom objective, it provides 7.5x–135x magnification and a 30.67–1.7 mm field of view. The ergonomic binocular head tilts from 0° to 30°; interpupillary distance is adjustable from 55 to 75 mm and both eyepiece tubes have diopter adjustment.

The ergonomic stand has coarse and fine focusing, a 180 mm specimen plate and two clips. It includes adjustable 8 W transmitted LED illumination and an oblique-contrast slider, powered by an internal 100–240 V AC supply. Supplied with a dust cover in a polystyrene case.
